Werlte, January 2010 – The new agreements currently being negotiated between Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH, MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH (MTBD), are set to provide customers with the highest quality of service.

Dieter Rolfes, Chief of Customer Service explained: "This collaboration will help our customers save time and money and will contribute to making significant reductions in down-time. This means our customers will receive the highest service quality and competitive prices from one single source. “

The service agreements will provide all manner of maintenance and repair works available to Krone and guaranteed by the MTBD service network. Furthermore, the MTBD service partners are authorised to carry out warranty works on vehicles on behalf of and in the name of Krone.

The area-wide service network has 153 certified MAN service partners in Germany alone. Each offers comprehensive service as well as repair and guarantee a high quality standard. “MTBD is a powerful partner. Combined with Krone Service Network our customers have access to more than 14,000 service partners via the Krone Service Locator Europe-wide“, explains Dieter Rolfes.
